The Lodge is our oldest and most architecturally beautiful property and is set at the edge of the Estate with easy access to Turriff . At one time the residence of the Estate Gate Keeper, it has been sympathetically updated and decorated to provide you with a truly unique and special place to come and stay.

Smiddy Cottage, originally a Blacksmith’s cottage is the perfect choice for larger groups or family gatherings.

It is set within its own expansive grounds, complete with a stream and a series of small, unfenced ponds. Smiddy Cottage is a short stroll from Crossbrae Croft with the option of booking 2 both for extended family or multiple groups. The cottage is also within walking distance of the Estates private Walled Garden and Glen Gardens which you will be able to access.

This cosy cottage is tucked away in the heart of the estate and close to the tranquil Fishing Beat. Surrounded by fields and featuring a spacious front lawn, it offers a peaceful setting where you can unwind and enjoy nature’s quiet beauty. Also, within walking distance there is the stunning Estate Walled Garden and Glen Garden to explore.

Garden Cottage is one of our most popular properties.

It is nestled close to the estate’s beautiful gardens, just a short stroll from the Estates private Walled Garden and Glen Garden. As a guest, you’ll enjoy access to the Walled Garden throughout your stay. Surrounded by so much natural habitat, you might spot the Woodpecker and Red Squirrels who often visit this quiet corner. It is also a stones throw from the Garden Bothy – our couples hideaway.

Our most spacious cottage accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bright bedrooms, all located upstairs. The ground floor features a modern kitchen with dining space for 6, opening onto a south-facing lawn, along with a cosy lounge with reclining chairs. There’s also a large family bathroom with a roll-top bath and walk-in shower, plus a handy utility room and a fenced outdoor area for dogs

Garden Bothy is our cosy couples hideaway and is also very popular with solo travellers.
It is nestled in a quiet corner of the estate near the private Walled Garden and Glen Garden which is home to an abundance of wildlife – you might meet the cheeky Red Squirrel who visits often!
Just a short stroll from Garden Cottage, the option is open to holiday with others but enjoy separate spaces.
The stylish ‘But ‘n’ Ben’ is an ideal escape for a few days of rest and relaxation.
