Our most spacious cottage accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bright and airy bedrooms, all located upstairs.
Upon entering through the back door, you’ll find a Utility/Boot Room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and plenty of space for coats and muddy boots. There’s also a convenient cloakroom toilet here.
The modern kitchen, complete with an island and dining area for 6, also includes a wall mounted Freeview T.V, and there are double doors that open onto a south-facing lawn. A staircase from the kitchen leads to two upstairs bedrooms—a twin and a king-size room.
To one side of the kitchen, there’s a large family bathroom with a roll-top bath and walk-in shower. On the other side, you’ll find a spacious lounge with electric reclining sofas and another wall mounted freeview T.V. From the lounge, a second staircase leads to an additional double bedroom and its own cloakroom toilet.
The lounge also provides access to a pet room that opens onto a small, fenced outdoor area which is latched on the outside of the gate – providing secure outdoor access for dogs.

Yes children and pets are welcome. At Crossbrae Croft, there is a dedicated pet area with outdoor access for pets. We are happy to welcome owners and up to 2 well-behaved dogs for relaxing holidays throughout the year.

Upon booking, you will be asked to pay a 20% deposit b entering your card details.
The balance is payable 28 days prior to the check-in date.
For any bookings made within 28 days of the check-in date – the full amount is payable upon booking.
Cancellations will be free up to 28 days prior to check-in date.
Cancellations with less than 28 days notice and up to 7 days prior to check-in date – We reserve the right to retain the booking deposit, but will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative with you.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to check-in date – We will offer a partial discount of 50% of the booking cost.
*Late/last minute bookings ( booked 28 days or less prior to check-in date) – You may cancel without charge up to 7 days prior to check-in date.
