The Lodge is our oldest and  most architecturally beautiful property and  is set at the edge of the Estate with easy access to Turriff .  At one time the residence of the Estate Gate Keeper, it has been sympathetically updated and decorated to provide you with a truly unique and special place to come and stay.
The picturesque Lodge can accommodate up to 6 people, in 3 bedrooms. Upstairs there is a twin and a double room , decorated in neutral tones and furnished to a high standard whilst maintaining the heritage feel. Â There is also a WC with sink on the first floor .
On the ground floor , there is a king sized bedroom decorated in a heritage style.
The spacious Lounge is traditionally furnished with a tartan carpet and has an open Fireplace with a mantelpiece made from a piece of Elm from the estate.
There is a TV with FreeSat receiver and also free wi-fi throughout the Lodge.
Towards the rear of the ground floor you will find the family bathroom with bath and separate shower .
At the rear is the spacious fully equipped kitchen and dining area seating 6 people and there is an outhouse immediately next to the kitchen, which stores the washing machine and tumble drier .

Upon confirmation of your booking, you will be asked to pay 20% deposit by entering your card details .
The balance will be payable 28 days prior to arrival .
For any bookings made within 28 days or less prior to check-in date – the full amount will be payable upon booking.Â
Cancellations will be free up to 28 days prior to check-in date.
Cancellations with less than 28 days notice and up to 7 days prior to check-in date –Â Â We reserve the right to retain the booking deposit, but will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative with you.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to check-in – We will offer a partial refund of 50% of booking cost.
*Late / Last minute bookings (booked 28 days or less prior to check-in date) – You may cancel without charge up to 7 days before check-in date.
