It is nestled close to the estate’s beautiful gardens, just a short stroll from the Estates private Walled Garden and Glen Garden. As a guest, you’ll enjoy access to the Walled Garden throughout your stay. Surrounded by so much natural habitat, you might spot the Woodpecker and Red Squirrels who often visit this quiet corner. It is also a stones throw from the Garden Bothy – our couples hideaway.

The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge, dining area, a spacious master bedroom, and a family bathroom. Upstairs, the original staircase leads to a twin bedroom, a double room, and a modern shower room with WC, offering comfort and character in equal measure.

Yes children and pets are welcome. We are happy to welcome owners and up to 2 well-behaved dogs for relaxing holidays throughout the year.

Upon confirmation of your booking, you will be asked to pay 20% Deposit by entering your card details.
The balance is payable 28 days prior to check-in date.
For any bookings made within 28 days prior to check-in date – the full amount is payable upon booking.
Cancellations will be free up to 28 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellations with less than 28 days notice and up to 7 days prior to check-in date – We reserve the right to retain the booking deposit, but will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative with you.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to the check-in date – We will offer a partial refund of 50% of the booking cost.
*Late / last minute bookings (booked 28 days or less prior to check-in date) – You may cancel without charge up to 7 days before check-in date.
