The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across three bright and airy bedrooms.
The ground floor includes a well-equipped kitchen with a small dining area and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. At the front, there’s a welcoming lounge and a double bedroom, with direct views and access to the large, hedged lawn complete with a picnic table.
A carpeted staircase leads from the lounge to the first floor, where two twin bedrooms await (one of which can be made up with a king bed instead if you prefer).

The balance is payable 28 days prior to the check-in date.
For any bookings made within 28 days or less prior to check-in date – the full amount is payable upon booking.
Cancellations will be free up to 28 days prior to check-in date.
Cancellations with less than 28 days notice and up to 7 days prior to check-in date – We reserve the right to retain the booking deposit but will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative with you.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to check-in date – We will offer a partial refund of 50% of the booking cost.
*Late / Last minute bookings ( booked 28 days or less prior to check-in date) – You may cancel without charge up to 7 days prior to check-in date.
